The Local Area.............
Situated approximately twenty minutes South of Alicante Airport, the villa lies about a mile from the town of Ciudad Quesada and is equidistant from the better known Rojales. Inland just five minutes or so drive from the coast, the beautiful beaches of La Mata and Guardamar are nearest, with the picturesque Cabo Roig and La Marina just quarter of an hour away.
Golf............
If you are the sort to ruin a lovely walk, then there's a host of great golf courses within a short drive. La Marquesa is just a mile away and has a driving range too, Campoamar is around 15 minutes and probably the best known around, Villamartin is only half an hour or so from here.

Bars, Restaurants, shops etc...........
Within a few minutes walk, you can find a few bars, some great restaurants and a couple of shops to grab a newspaper and some basic supplies. The Hotel la Laguna is just down the road with fantastic restaurant and full spa and beauty treatment facilities if you want to be pampered.
If you jump in a car, there are some great supermarkets within a mile for the bulk of your shopping and in Ciudad Quesada a mile away you will find dozens more restaurants, bars, shops, banks, a health centre, chemist and post office.
Rojales is a nearby town and like most Spanish villages holds a regular market, as does Guardamar which on a Sunday attracts folk from miles around.
On the coast, the larger resort towns of Torrevieja and Alicante have more commercial shops and tourist attractions as well as some impressive new shopping malls if you just have to get your shopping fix.
It's good for your health here too...........
The World Health Organisation have designated this part of the Costa Blanca one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to the particularly high quality of the air here as a result of the nearby salt lakes at La Mata and Torrevieja. Can't be bad!
